A. James Romer, Jr. graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1988. He received a degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1983. He passed the Certified Public Accountant Examination. Mr. Romer is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the Federal District Court of New Jersey. Mr. Romer concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law, estate and trust administration, tax and corporate matters. Mr. Romer is a member of the New York Bar Association (Elder Law Section and the Trusts and Estates Law Section), the American Bar Association (Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section and the Section of Taxation) and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
